your not saying that its yours, but your not saying who's it is either. how can you be helping him? we dont even know who he is cos you havn't told us.

there's no point uploading someone else's art with the purpose of advertising they're work if you don't link it back to them. thats when it becomes theft.

its actualy not stupid.. stealing is a crime.. we already know they arnt your images because you have said so yoruself.. and besides that I have seen some of these images on another site anyway... your not the 1st to do this.. and everyone else whos done this normaly gets banned soon as the report is filed.. or sometimes even sued. You havnt asked the artist permission or anything... If I one day was on deviantart and found something I created uploaded without my permission I would be extremely annoyed. People viewing the images might think because the person has uploaded them that he/she created them... when infact they didnt. Why dont you create your own art and upload it instead of using other peoples art?

But this is bullshit I mean how can you know that it is not mine? I could write that it is mine and I am sure that at least 30% of the pictures uploaded ar not there work. Sorry but this is just stupid ;D

maybe so... but you havnt given the real artists name, the name of the artwork... or anything to do with it. your simply uploading other peoples work. You have to reference it to the original artist otherwise your breaking copywright terms and conditions.

Im not claiming that its mine ;D im acctualy helping the guy who made this! If I really had made this wallpaper. I wouldn't mind that someone is uploading it to a site where more people can see and download it. I AM NOT SAYING THAT IT'S MINE
